Terms of Service

ED Assist AI is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals only, as clinical decision support — not as a substitute for clinical judgment. By using the service you confirm you are a licensed healthcare professional (or a supervised trainee) using it in that professional capacity.

Purpose of the service

ED Assist AI provides clinical decision support — structured prompts, differentials, red flags, investigation and treatment considerations, and related output — to assist a licensed clinician's own reasoning. It does not provide autonomous diagnosis or treatment.

No substitute for clinical judgment

Output does not replace independent clinical judgment. The treating clinician remains fully responsible for all clinical decisions, including reviewing, verifying, and acting on (or disregarding) anything the service produces.

AI output limitations

Output, including AI-assisted note polishing, may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and must be independently reviewed before it informs any clinical decision or enters a clinical record.

Acceptable use

For use by licensed healthcare professionals (or supervised trainees) for clinical decision support in their professional capacity. Do not enter patient-identifiable information unless the service has been explicitly configured and authorized for that use.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Subscription and billing

ED Assist AI Pro is USD $29/month, billed monthly on a recurring basis through Paddle. New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Payment details are collected when you start the trial. There is no charge during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged $29 and billing will recur monthly thereafter unless you cancel.
